Substitution nucleophilic biomolecular reaction is a one-step reaction and doesn’t involve any intermediate.It is a type of reaction where one side the bond breaks and formation takes place on the other side.

(a) When bromoacetic acid reacts with excess ${\mathrm{NH}}_3$,it ammonium salt.
