Stronger acids release proton and forms a conjugate base and bases accepts proton and forms conjugate acid. A positively charged acid become neutral and neutral acid contains negative charge. Like this way negatively charged bases become neutral and neutral bases get positive charge.

a. CH₃NH₃⁺+H₂°¿â‡‹C±á₃NH₂ + H₃O⁺

Here a proton is released by CH₃NH₃⁺ to form CH₃NH₂ and the same proton is accepted by H₂O to form H₃O⁺ H₃O⁺.

b. HBr +CH₃°¿±á⇋C±á₃OH₂⁺ + + Br^-

HBr releases a proton to form Br^- and accepted by CH₃OH to from CH₃OH₂⁺

c. CH₃NH₃⁺+ OH^-⇋C±á₃NH₂+ H₂O

Here a proton is released by CH₃NH₂ to form CH₃NH₂ and OH^- accepts the same proton to form H₂O.

d.CH₃NH₂+ CH₃°¿±á⇋C±á₃NH₃⁺ + +CH₃O^-

Here proton releases by CH₃OH to form CH₃O^- and proton accepted by CH₃NH₂ to form CH₃NH₃.
