Here, use the concept of basic linear inequalities in which we have to know the term inclusion and exclusion of the number which means if a number contains in the equation is $â‰\yen$which the number is also included but if the sign is $>$ which means the number is excluded and in both case equality holds the same.

The inequality is $-5<n$.

From the graph it is seen that the line of $-5<n$, $-5$ is not included in the because an open circle is shown at $-5$. So, n includes all numbers greater than $-5$.

Now, from the above step it is clear that the value of n will be greater than $-5$which means the value of n will be $-4,-3,-2.....0,1,2,3,.......6,7,8,9,10.........so on$ and in this $-8$is not present in it.
