To evaluate the expression(– 15 + b + c), substitute the value of a = – 14; b as 5 and c = – 8 and add the two numbers and then put their common sign (negative) before the answer.

When a = – 14; b = 5 and c = – 8 and the expression (– 15 + b + c) is$−15+b+c=−15+5−8=−\text{ â¶Ä‰}10−8=−18$

Thus, the value of the expression is – 18.
