The following steps should be taken to draw $7$ which uses the construction of $5$ and $6$.

Step I: Construction $6$can be used to draw $j$which is perpendicular to $k$via $P$. Proper

procedures should be followed to absolute the Construction $6$. With the help of $x,y$and $P$as centers, two arcs, namely $a  and  b$above $k$can be drawn. A line should be drawn through $a  and  b$.

Step-II: Construction $5$ can be used to draw $l$which is perpendicular to $j  via  P$. Proper procedures should be followed to absolute the Construction$5$. With the help of $x,y  and  C$(as shown in Construction 5) as centers, two arcs, namely below $k$can be drawn. A line $a$should be drawn through $b$.

Step III: Therefore, it is visible that the line $ab$ will be parallel to line $k$.
