In chromite, iron exists in the chemical formula as \(\mathrm{Fe}\), combined with chromium oxide, forming \(\mathrm{FeCr_2O_4}\). Understandably, this combination provides not only the chromite's distinctive properties but also an essential source for producing different industry-related products.
