a) For safety, two sorts of flags will be displayed: red as well as yellow. If yellow is displayed, the patient must wait in the waiting area; if red is displayed, the patient will be enrolled.

b) The registration assistant will now determine if the patient is new or old; if the patient is newly, the patient will be recorded in the database; if the person is old, no enrolment is necessary, and the patient will be directed to the waiting room.

c) If the patient has pharmaceutical needs, the prescription will be fulfilled; if a check-up is necessary, vitals will be examined; if there is a need, the patient will be directed to the practitioner, who will examine the patient and then transfer the client to the coordinators, who will schedule an appointment.
